Bay Shrimp Cocktail
Kippered King Salmon

Northwest King Salmon Fillet
Char-broiled over intense heat and basted with a special seafood butter, served with our always fresh vegetable and garlic mashed potatoes.

Grilled Alaskan Halibut Fillet
Snow white Halibut from Alaskan waters, lightly crumb coated and grilled. Served with tartar sauce, seasonal vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.

Scallop and Prawn Saute
Gulf Prawns, Ocean scallops, and select white fish, fired quickly in a wine butter reduction with Northwest mushrooms. Served over fettuccine.

Center-cut Top Sirloin Steak
The most flavorful of all our cuts, char-broiled at 950 degrees and basted with our own chef-blended steak butter. A full pound served with our vegetable of the day and a large baker.

Washington Lamb Chops
Three beautiful, domestic Lamb T-bones served with a side of mint jelly, our always fresh vegetable and an Idaho baker.

Fire Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Pork Chops
12 ounce Pork Porterhouse, served with our fresh vegetable, and garlic mashed potatoes, glazed with a special housemade sweet pepper glaze.

Linguini with Clam Sauce
Tender Clams, sliced button mushrooms, and our flavorful cream sauce garnished with whole Manila clams. Served with our vegetable of the day.

Seafood Fettuccini
Alaskan Shrimp, Sea Scallops, Steamed Manila Clams, and British columbia Blue Mussels adorn our fabulous garlic cream fettuccine. Our recipe for 16 years.
