- Northwest King Salmon Fillet
- Char-broiled over intense heat and basted with a special seafood butter, served with our always fresh vegetable and garlic mashed potatoes.
- Grilled Alaskan Halibut Fillet
- Snow white Halibut from Alaskan waters, lightly crumb coated and grilled. Served with tartar sauce, seasonal vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
- Scallop and Prawn Saute
- Gulf Prawns, Ocean scallops, and select white fish, fired quickly in a wine butter reduction with Northwest mushrooms. Served over fettuccine.
- Center-cut Top Sirloin Steak
- The most flavorful of all our cuts, char-broiled at 950 degrees and basted with our own chef-blended steak butter. A full pound served with our vegetable of the day and a large baker.
- Washington Lamb Chops
- Three beautiful, domestic Lamb T-bones served with a side of mint jelly, our always fresh vegetable and an Idaho baker.
- Fire Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Pork Chops
- 12 ounce Pork Porterhouse, served with our fresh vegetable, and garlic mashed potatoes, glazed with a special housemade sweet pepper glaze.
- Linguini with Clam Sauce
- Tender Clams, sliced button mushrooms, and our flavorful cream sauce garnished with whole Manila clams. Served with our vegetable of the day.
- Seafood Fettuccini
- Alaskan Shrimp, Sea Scallops, Steamed Manila Clams, and British columbia Blue Mussels adorn our fabulous garlic cream fettuccine. Our recipe for 16 years.
